It's Monday....

Look! There is a two year old strapped to my back!!!

Just kidding...it's really Olivia stuck in a two year old's body.

This pic pretty much describes our day.

Little bit is being very needy and a little whiny today, so I've had her strapped to my back all day so I can get at least something done.

I'm not sure if it's because we've been crazy busy these past two weeks or if she's teething or what? Either way, this is the only way she's been happy today.

Excuse the workout clothes. If we have no where to be during the day, I've started putting them on first thing in the morning. That way I have to workout, right?

Yes, that is a mattress in the middle of the living room floor. That was an attempt to get Olivia to take a nap on Sunday afternoon, which yes was a big failure. Last night David and I were laying on it watching tv, when I asked him "why don't we have a bed in the living room, that it was rather comfy?" His response, "I believe that is why most people have a tv in their bedroom."

Oh, duh Amber!

Next thing I know, I woke up on the mattress on the floor and it was morning time.

I guess that's why we don't have a tv in our bedroom. If we did, I would miss that whole goodnight honey thing every night. I know some of you are thinking "but there is a tv in your bedroom?" Yes, there is, but it isn't hooked up to anything. It's just kinda there to take up space.

Have I ever mentioned how much I hate this thing?????

This is some sort of Elmo Music wand thing. It is a toy for Olivia that came from her Nana and Grandpa's. Somehow this stupid thing ended up at our house about two weeks ago and it drives me insane. Normally, I can stomach Elmo, but this stupid wand is really loud and annoying. Of course, Olivia LOVES it! I actually took it away and put it up about a week ago, but somehow over the weekend, it found its way back to Olivia's hands. This thing is definitely making its way back to Nana and Grandpa's!
